Contracts must be clear: description, budget, location, deadline and expectations. Payments, fees and validations must follow the rules displayed on the platform.

BAYJOB may suspend an account or contract in cases of fraud, abuse, security risk, serious dispute or breach of these terms.

Compliance with economic sanctions

BAYJOB complies with the laws and economic sanctions applicable to it, including Canada's Special Economic Measures Act (SEMA) and, where applicable, sanctions programs administered by OFAC. Certain countries and territories are not available on the platform in order to comply with these obligations and with the requirements of our payment providers.
